Our Role: Live Camera Operation & Vision Mixing
Working as part of Encore Global’s live event package, Warehouse Digital provided camera-to-screen services, live camera switching, and PTZ operation to ensure a smooth and professional broadcast. Our contribution to these events involved:
✔ Live-operated cameras to capture dynamic speaker angles and audience interactions.
✔ PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera control for fluid, remotely controlled framing.
✔ ISO recording of individual camera feeds for post-event content repurposing.
✔ Multi-camera switching for seamless transitions between presenters, screens, and audience reactions.
Our 4K cameras and long lenses allowed us to achieve a smooth head-and-shoulders shot from the back of the room, ensuring a crisp, professional feed that enhanced the audience’s experience. A secondary wide-angle camera was used to provide additional context for those watching remotely or on playback.
Technical Integration & Infrastructure
We have the technical infrastructure and cabling to operate as a fully self-contained system, but we are also able to patch into an existing AV setup, working seamlessly with Encore Global’s production workflows. This adaptability ensures a cohesive, professional output that aligns with the technical needs of each event.
Delivering a Complete AV Package
As part of Encore Global’s event delivery team, our focus was on high-quality execution and seamless integration. By working alongside their technical specialists, we ensured that the camera-to-screen feed met broadcast-level standards, reinforcing Encore’s reputation for excellence in corporate AV solutions.
The final content was delivered as a “top and tail” edit, providing the client with a polished recording of the event for internal use and future marketing.
